No. They open the secure link or scan the QR in any modern browser.
Can I protect the event?+
Yes. Enable a PIN and control who can help manage the event.
Does it support video?+
Yes. Guests upload photos and videos from the browser, while viewing uses secure optimized versions.
Can I download the originals?+
Yes, while your package and retention window allow it. Originals stay private and are served only through an explicit authorized download.
Can our photographer join?+
Yes. The Official Photographer workspace connects selections, editing, and the event’s same Official Album without duplicate final albums.
What happens after the wedding?+
The gallery remains available according to your package. The dashboard shows storage, retention, and exports. Destructive automatic deletion is not active.
